Years in the making, Koji Suzuki's new made-to-order program bridges the gap between ready-to-wear and his bespoke trunk shows.
Koji Suzuki is one of the finest shoemakers of his generation. Having trained under Roberto Ugolini, the famed Florentine shoe-maker, before setting up an atelier in his native city of Kobe, Japan. Koji combines Japanese attention to detail with classic Italian style. Koji also specializes in unusual, but very wearable leathers, such as llama, shell cordovan, and lizard.
Koji called this line of Spigola shoes ‘Leggera’ (meaning light in Italian), which refers to the lightweight construction. These loafers are great for travel, often finished with hard wearing rubber soles, giving them an extra bit of weather resistance.
Koji's new made-to-order program allows for a high degree of personalization in terms of style, materials, and design elements. This means that customers can choose the exact color, leather type, sole, and embellishments to suit their preferences, resulting in a pair of loafers that reflect individual style and personality.
Our new made-to-order program is available year round at both our Tribeca and Upper East Side shops. Delivery is 3-4 months. Pricing starts at $1,200.
